Executive Vice President (EVP), Group Insurance – Southwestern Ontario

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality insurance solutions, and we are proud to be leading the search on their behalf for an EVP, Group Insurance.

This role will be based in Southwestern Ontario.

Reporting to the CEO, the EVP, Group Insurance will be accountable for the strategic direction, performance, financial health and regulatory compliance of our client’s group benefits division, while overseeing the efficient and effective execution of client-facing operations. This person will be both strategic and operational, working closely with the executive leadership team to define long-term goals, while also ensuring the effective management of underwriting, plan design and customer-facing services.

The EVP will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives and will play a crucial role in overseeing key stakeholder relationships while ensuring optimal health outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the insurance and benefits space, who brings a unique blend of strategic foresight, stakeholder management and operational leadership to the table. The EVP will play an instrumental role in shaping the organization’s long-term strategic direction, driving the delivery of high quality, cost-effective insurance solutions, while proactively staying ahead of emerging trends impacting the health outcomes of members.
