Partner, Board Search and Private Company Governance Consulting
This is a highly unique opportunity for a relationship-builder and trusted advisor to blaze a trail in private company governance.
MondouxRollins Partners is the founder of the innovative and annual Canada’s Best Private Boards program, now in its second year. Through this initiative, the Partner, Board Search and Private Company Governance Consulting will be able to further their existing board search and consulting practice as well as become a key player and thought leader in this space.
Key Experiences:
A track record of success as a trusted advisor to a board of directors and/or as an actual director on a board.
Leadership experience in a private company or on behalf of private company clients.
A history of success in senior stakeholder management, internal/external client relationship management, management consulting or senior account management, ideally in a professional services environment.
A track record of success in sales consulting and in building a book of business ideally in professional services.
Demonstrable experience as a trusted advisor to others, whether they be internal or external clients, teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, etc., and of building strong relationships based on trust.
An exceptional professional who can execute on commitments, manage multiple competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines and high demands.
Exceptional project management ability as well as the ability to manage all people (clients, teams, etc., both internal and external) related to various executive search and leadership consulting assignments.
A history of working in the grey, and of being comfortable with this – you have the professional maturity and experience to help make decisions even when there are no definitive answers.
Exceptional strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to get to an answer quickly, to communicate findings and organize details, people and concepts, and to deliver results.
A clear, concise communicator, in both written and spoken English. Some ability in French is a major asset although not a requirement.
Board designation (e.g., NACD.DC, GPC.D, C.Dir., ICD.D, etc.) considered an asset.
