We provide human capital advisory expertise and leadership talent solutions to a very special group of clients - mid-market private companies. We understand the unique needs of three segments within this grouping: family businesses, investor-backed portfolio companies and employee-owned firms (55%, 35% and 10% of our client base, respectively).
A focus on community and professional standards
We join our peers in the professional services industry as members of the Association for Corporate Growth, Canadian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association as well as the Ottawa Board of Trade. Because professional and ethical industry standards also matter to our firm, we are proud members of the global Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants.
A focus on best practice sharing
In 2023, our firm founded Canada's Best Private Boards, a first-of-its-kind annual awards program that will recognize the impact of great governance on the performance of private companies. This program will annually bring together the leaders of these organizations, their investors as well as their ecosystem of supporters to celebrate the winners and to share best practices across the country.
