We are seeking a Partner to join our executive search and leadership consulting practice.

This is an exciting, challenging, multi-faceted leadership role, working with a supportive team in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, collegial environment.

The Partner is a relationship- and business-builder, as well as a practitioner. They are also a trusted advisor to clients as well as a coach and mentor to the team. 

Key Experiences

  • A history of success in senior stakeholder management, internal/external client relationship management, management consulting or senior account management, ideally in a professional services environment.

  • A track record of success in sales consulting and in building a book of business ideally in professional services.

  • Demonstrable experience as a trusted advisor to others, whether they be internal or external clients, teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, etc., and of building strong relationships based on trust.

  • An exceptional professional who can execute on commitments, manage multiple competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines and high demands.

  • Exceptional project management ability as well as the ability to manage all people (clients, teams, etc., both internal and external) related to various executive search and leadership consulting assignments.

  • A history of working in the grey, and of being comfortable with this – you have the professional maturity and experience to help make decisions even when there are no definitive answers.

  • Exceptional strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to get to an answer quickly, to communicate findings and organize details, people and concepts, and to deliver results.

  • A clear, concise communicator, in both written and spoken English. Some ability in French is a major asset although not a requirement.

  • Experience working in a private company or on behalf of private company clients is considered a major asset.

  • Experience in retained executive search considered an asset.
