MondouxRollins Partners Announces the Inaugural 2024 Winners of the Canada’s Best Private Boards Program

MondouxRollins Partners Inc., a human capital advisory and talent solutions firm to mid-market private companies, today announces the inaugural 2024 winners of the Canada’s Best Private Boards program.
The winners in four categories are:
The Little Potato Company (Best Advisory Board)
MTE Consultants Inc. (Best Fiduciary Board — Employee-Owned or Partnership)
Armstrong Hospitality Group Ltd, DBA Rocky Mountaineer (Best Fiduciary Board — Family-Owned)
Quantropi Inc. (Best Fiduciary Board — Other / unrelated shareholder’s ownership).
MondouxRollins Partners is the founder of the Canada’s Best Private Boards program.
“We are thrilled to have such phenomenal stories of private company governance to showcase in our inaugural year”, said Jennifer Mondoux, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of MondouxRollins Partners. “We saw the trend amongst our private company clients a few years ago in our executive search practice – they were starting to talk about governance, asking for our help in everything from finding independent directors to board composition and strategy.”
“We built this program for two reasons,” said Mondoux. “To recognise the impact of a great board on the performance of private companies and to start building a national culture around best practice sharing in this space, to help other private company leaders learn from the best. We are accomplishing both of those goals.”
Nominated organizations made written submissions to the program earlier this spring. A 12-member independent voting committee voted on the submissions in June.
“The boards of the winning organizations are outstanding examples of the impact of focused governance on the performance of private companies” said Bill McLean, Partner at Richter, and Vice Chair of the Canada’s Best Private Boards Voting Committee. “Our clients are very interested in learning more about how they can make governance a performance-driver and these organizations will help set the standard on how it’s done.”
